By the time we exited, it was about 8:55/9:00 a.m. Since we did have a fast pass for later in the day to ride Slinky again and the wait time was still posted at 20 minutes, we opted to go back to Toy Story Mania, which was still a walk-on. and all we had gotten to do was ride Toy Story Mania and Slinky Dog one time each and see Woody and Jessie (who meet together). At this point, it was about 8:35/8:40 a.m. It took about 25 minutes to get through the line and to ride. Again, when the event is only 75 minutes, 20+ minutes in line for one ride is way too long. We then went over to Slinky Dog Dash, hoping the line had died down some. To me, that means there are way too many tickets being sold. When your time to see the characters and enjoy the rides is limited to 75 minutes, 30 minutes is too long of a wait to meet characters. We had to wait 30 minutes to see these characters, and the characters left for 2 breaks during this time. At this point there was quite a line for Woody and Jessie, but my 4 year old really wanted to see them. It was basically a walk-on and it was 7:40 when we exited. My plan had been to see Woody and Jessie first, but they were not out yet, so we got onto Toy Story Mania. We were led into Toy Story Land about 7 minutes early. We wanted to be lined up and ready to enter Toy Story Land when it opened at 7:30 for this event, so we did not get any hot entrees, just grabbed some drinks and pastries on got on our way. and were promptly checked in and directly toward Backlot Express for breakfast. My family attended this event on Monday, May 20.
